Waterfall Mini Book

Hi Everyone,

I decided to do one of my favourite makes, a waterfall mini book. I love making these so much they are quick and can be decorated in may ways.  I will be doing a youtube tutorial on how to make one of these books in the coming weeks so please look out for that. I will post the link on my blog when I have the video ready.

Sewing the night away

Hello,

I'm not much of a sewer but I do like to get my machine out once in a while and give it a go. I decided to make a tic tac toe board game as it was an easy and quick project to make. Using some white fabric I found and some scrap floral fabric I came up with this.

Floral scraps and white fabric. I love these buttons.

My finished game. I just need someone to play against now.

Powertex Evening

Good evening,

I took a Powertex class at the beginning of the month and came home really wanting to try and see if I could make a statue. here is what I managed to make.

These are not hammers, they are the base for the statue.

I mounted the head and wrapped the body in cotton and painted the Powertex over everything. 

Using an old cut up t-shirt and odd bits of fabric from around the house I dipped them in Powertex and made them into her outfit.

All finished.
